Refund policy

At ISLĀH, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, don't worry: we have a simple, clear return policy that is fully compliant with Belgian law.

Our 14-day return policy

We want your shopping experience to be simple, enjoyable, and stress-free.
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us except promotion deals.

No proof of purchase is required: you are free to change your mind.

Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must be:

new, unworn, unwashed;
free of stains, odors (perfume, smoke, body odor, etc.) and signs of wear;
with all original labels intact;
returned with all accessories, packaging, protective elements, or gifts included in the shipment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return if:

the item has been worn, washed, or damaged;
the original label has been removed;
the item has been altered or personalized;
items are missing (original packaging, accessories, gifts, documentation);
the item is received after the 14-day period;
the item is a hygiene product whose seal has been broken (e.g., underwear);
the item does not match the order form or shows excessive wear and tear;
the return request has not been initiated according to the procedure provided;
The item is covered by the legal exceptions provided for by Belgian law.

Important tip:
Before removing the label, make sure the item fits you perfectly. Once removed, no returns will be accepted.

How to initiate a return?

1. Fill out the return request form.

2. Prepare your package

Carefully place the product back in its original packaging with:

the label,
the accessories,
and the original shipping slip if you still have it.

3. Ship your return

Returns are free, so we will send you a prepaid return label.

4. Inspection & processing

Once received, your item will undergo a quality check (max. 5 business days).

Refunds

After the return has been validated:

the refund will be made via your original payment method,
within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the package or proof of shipment,
the initial standard delivery costs will be refunded (in accordance with Belgian law).

Depending on your bank, processing may take a few extra days.

Damage & problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is:

defective,
damaged,
or if you have received the wrong product,

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, we recommend that you:

return the item,
place a new order for the new size/color.

This avoids waiting times.

Your right of withdrawal (European Union)

As a European consumer, you have:

a 14-day right of withdrawal,
without justification,
from the day after you receive your order.

This right applies to all online purchases, except where otherwise provided by law (personalized items, items sealed for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, etc.).

Additional information (legal transparency)

The return must be sent no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to withdraw (Art. VI.47 CDE).

You are responsible for the risk of transport until the package is received by our services.

Please keep the proof of shipment: it is essential in case of a problem.

From June 19, 2026, our site will include a one-click withdrawal button, as required by law.
