General delivery information

At ISLĀH, we strive to process and ship your order quickly and efficiently. This page outlines our shipping policies: processing times, destinations, tracking, customs, and procedures in case of delivery issues.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 4 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

When new collections are launched or during sales periods, the high volume of orders may slightly extend processing times. Our team works actively to ship each order as quickly as possible.

International shipping and customs

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.

No additional fees will be charged upon arrival of the package.

Please comply with the customs laws and regulations of your country. Delays related to customs procedures may occur despite our estimates. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Address changes and package tracking

Once the order has been placed, the address cannot be changed, as we quickly initiate processing and transfer to the carrier.


You will receive an email with your tracking code and a link to track your package.

Tracking information may take up to one business day to be updated.

If you do not receive your order:

  1. Check around your home (neighbors, reception desk, mailbox).
  2. Check your tracking information for a delivery notice.
  3. If the tracking information indicates “delivered” but you have not received anything, contact us: byislah.info@gmail.com

Undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive, first use Track & Trace to check its status.
If there is a problem (non-delivery, package not found despite tracking showing “delivered,” etc.), contact our customer service for assistance.

Free returns in case of delivery error

If you receive an incorrect item or an item sent in error, you can return it to us free of charge.
